Industry-leading performance
Dual-phase demodulation
Moku:Pro’s Lock-In Amplifier features a dual-phase demodulator with cascaded single pole low-pass filters to attenuate the second harmonic and suppress noise in each quadrature.
- Select between 6, 12, 18, and 24 dB / octave lowpass filter slopes
- Select between rectangular (X/Y) and polar (R/θ) coordinate modes
- View the demodulated in-phase and quadrature signals prior to the low-pass filters using the integrated Oscilloscope
Integrated PID controller, oscilloscope, data logger
Monitor up to four signals at a time using the Lock-In Amplifier’s integrated 4 channel, 1.25 GSa/s oscilloscope, and continuously log data at up to 10 MSa/s using its built-in data logger. Additionally, the PID controller provides real-time control over proportional, integral, and derivative gain profiles with configurable saturation.
Internal and external references
Select from a wide range of pre-set measurements from the measurements pane, which can perform a variety of calculations such as the difference between channels and graph trends. Add cursors to set custom measurements for voltage or time between points.
Measure in an instant
Wirelessly configure and monitor your setup’s performance from intuitive Moku software for iPad, Windows, or Mac. Moku software provides a clear and dynamic user experience so that it’s easy to configure, modify, and debug your setup.
Works with your other tools
API integration with Python and MATLAB allows straightforward automation of Moku:Pro in complex setups or for repetitive tasks.
Save your measurements, screenshots, traces, and other settings locally or to your preferred cloud app. You can also send work to yourself or colleagues directly within the Moku app.

FAQs
Moku:Pro brings test and measurement into the modern age, allowing engineers and researchers to dynamically switch between instruments rather than needing multiple stand-alone devices.
Advanced ADC blending technology ensures that each instrument can function with optimal sensitivity from RF to acoustic frequencies without compromising performance for flexibility.
Full connectivity via Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and USB-C ensures industry-standard, hassle-free configuration.
- Multiple demodulation modes: Select from internal and external (with or without phase-locked loop) demodulation modes, with the option to bypass the mixer stage.
- Block diagram view: Easily configure, monitor, and adjust your setup at each stage in the signal processing chain.
- Built-in probe points: The built-in oscilloscope and data logger are accessible via probe points. Tap any of these points in the block diagram to monitor signals and log data.
- Integrated PID controller: Adjust proportional, integral, and derivative gain profiles in real-time.
The Moku:Pro digital Lock-in Amplifier supports dual-phase demodulation (XY/Rθ) from DC to 600 MHz with more than 120 dB dynamic reserve. Blended ADC technology ensures consistent low noise (as low as 30 nV/√Hz at 100 Hz) across the entire spectrum, from acoustic to RF.
An integrated PID controller can be placed after the demodulation stage for phase-locked loop applications. It also features an integrated 4-channel oscilloscope and data logger, enabling you to observe internal signals at up to 1.25 GSa/s and log data at up to 10 MSa/s.
Currently, the Moku:Pro software is Compatible with Windows, Mac, and iPadOS.
