Moku:Pro’s Oscilloscope
Compare all oscilloscopes
Overview
Moku:Pro’s 5 GSa/s Oscilloscope features four high-speed, ultra-low noise input channels with 600 MHz analog bandwidth. Innovative blended ADC technology combines the information from 10 bit and 18 bit ADCs to cover a broad spectrum, providing class-leading input noise performance of 30nV/√Hz at 100 Hz with high dynamic range. The built-in four-channel waveform generators are capable of producing waveforms with a maximum bandwidth of 500 MHz.

Introduction to Oscilloscopes
Intuitive software and API integration
Moku: app for iPadOS provides a clear and dynamic user experience, making configuring, modifying, and debugging your setup easy.
API integration with Python and MATLAB allow straightforward automation of Moku:Pro in complex setups or for repetitive tasks.
Try the softwareIntegrated waveform generators
Stimulate a system and measure its response simultaneously with four integrated waveform generators, capable of producing sine waves at up to 500 MHz, and square, triangle, and pulse waves at up to 200 MHz. For signals up to 100 MHz, Moku:Pro can drive 10 Vpp into 50 Ω.
Automatic and manual measurement options
Select from a wide range of pre-set measurements from the measurements pane, which can perform a variety of calculations such as the difference between channels and graph trends. Add cursors to set custom measurements for voltage or time between points.
Available on Moku:Pro hardware
Our most powerful hardware platform to date, Moku:Pro harnesses the power of a Xilinx Ultrascale+ FPGA with higher bandwidth, lower noise, more channels, and more output power than ever before.
